| Prior to processing, we will fabricate the cut sheet with you to process the animal to your specifications. We want to make sure you're involved in the process. If you are NOT within 60 miles of Austin and want to order the full beef carcass, give us a call at 830-351-6446 or email us at sales@hometownmeatmarket.com and we will take care of you. Deposit required: $200 for whole, $100 for half or 1/4, with remaining balance is due at time of pickup. We recommend paying with a check or cash, but we do offer a credit card payment option. The additional credit card fee is 3.5%. Orders take 2-3 weeks to process and are available to pick up at Hometown Meat Market in Luling. Even though we do not offer shipping for this product because of the number of boxes required to fulfill the order, we have delivery options available for local delivery. If you're located in or near a city we host "Meat Ups," we could potentially deliver your order during one of these scheduled events. |
