Approx. 225-250 lbs. of meat.

Prior to processing, we will and fabricate the cut sheet with you to harvest the animal to your specifications. We make sure you are completely involved in the process and know of all possible options including cuts you may have never tried before. If you are NOT within 60 miles of Austin and want to order the 1/2 side beef, give us a call at 512-798-2697 or email us at sales@kandccattle.com and we will take care of you.

Deposit required: $100 (remaining balance is due at time of delivery). We do charge 3.5% if you chose to use your card. To avoid this, we recommend paying with check.

• We do not offer shipping for this product. This is because of how many boxes it would take to fulfill the order. Please be sure to select one of our local pick-up locations.
