Approx. 115 lbs. of meat.

Cuts include: Ribeye's, NY Strips, Sirloins, Filet Mignon, Ground Beef, Beef Short Ribs, Roasts, Tenderized Round Steak, and Fajita Meat.

Note: We do have to sub cuts per what it available at the time of building the order. 

Organs are additional cost. Bones can be added per request. 

We fabricate our steaks in this package to be 1 inch.

Deposit required: $100 (remaining balance is due at time of delivery). We do charge 3.5% if you chose to use your card. To avoid this, we recommend paying with check.
